Mr. Garner has been a licensed Realtor for over 24 years and currently resides in Towson, Maryland.  Mr. Garner has completed over 900 residential sales transactions, with an emphasis on new construction sales, and the sale of developed and undeveloped land.  He is extremely well versed in the entire new construction process, from the sale of an unimproved lot, through every phase of the building period, all the way through Use and Occupancy and final settlement.
